Ed Sheeran’s Bollywood Magic on The Kapil Sharma Show

Hey, I just read the coolest story on News18.com and had to share it with you!

So, Ed Sheeran was on The Kapil Sharma Show, and it was such a blast.

Who would’ve thought we’d see Ed Sheeran delivering Bollywood dialogues and doing bhangra?

It was absolutely amazing.

In case you missed it, Netflix shared a highlight on Instagram that shows the best parts.

Kapil Sharma, the host, asked Ed if he’d try out some famous Bollywood dialogues.

Ed was totally up for it and said, “Yes.”

Ed tried out several iconic lines. He nailed “Maa ka doodh piya hai toh samne aa” and “Pushpa jhukega nahi saala.”

But the best part was when he did Shah Rukh Khan’s famous “Bade Bade shehron mein choti choti baatein hoti rehti hai” with SRK’s signature move.

He aced it like a pro, and the audience went wild!

Then, Ed shared a bit about his past.

He said he originally wanted to be an actor.

He explained that he auditioned for a TV show that involved acting with music when he was sixteen and made it to the final ten people.

Ed said he thought about quitting music if he got the role, but if he didn’t get it, he would quit acting.

In the end, he didn’t get the part and decided to stick with the music.

Fun fact: Ed Sheeran also made a cameo in Game of Thrones!

Kapil also asked him about his job before he became famous.

Ed said that his only job before fame was working in a bar, where he cleaned cutlery.

He explained that his job was to wash and dry all the cutlery from the people who had eaten.

This episode was filmed during Ed Sheeran’s visit to India in March, and it’s definitely one to watch.

Seeing Ed embrace Bollywood culture and share his journey was so inspiring.

It reminded me that sometimes, the path we think we should take isn’t always the one we end up on, and that’s okay.

Life has a funny way of guiding us to where we’re meant to be.

So, if you need a bit of cheer or some motivation, definitely check out this episode.

And who knows, maybe you’ll feel inspired to try something new, just like Ed did!
